Your process. Automated. No off-the-shelf template.

Some processes don't fit a standard assistant. That's usually where the most time is hiding.

What bespoke means

Built around how you actually work

Off-the-shelf software makes your business fit the tool. We do the opposite: we sit down with you, map how your process actually works — including the messy parts nobody wrote down — and build an assistant around it.

It knows your terminology, your clients, your rules for what's urgent. And like everything we build, it knows when to stop and ask a human rather than guess.

The process

Five steps from first conversation to running

01

Discovery session

You talk, we take notes. No commitment.

02

Process mapping

We document how it works today, warts and all.

03

Build and test

We build the assistant and run it against real scenarios.

04

Deploy

It goes live alongside you, not instead of you.

05

Ongoing support

We monitor it, maintain it and improve it as your business changes.

Examples

The kind of thing we mean

A few examples of processes worth automating:

  • Assembling the closing pack for a completed engagement — documents, records, sign-offs — from what you already have, for you to check and send.
  • Watching tender or opportunity portals and flagging only what actually fits your business.
  • Compiling a weekly performance or cost summary from your existing systems, every Friday, without anyone asking.

Not on this list: anything safety-critical, or anything that needs to hold up in a professional or regulatory sense. A company built on "never let a system guess" doesn't automate the judgement calls that carry real consequence.

What it costs

Scoped per project

Typically £2,000–£5,000 to build, then £500–£1,500 a month to run and support, depending on complexity. You get a fixed quote after the discovery session — no open-ended day rates.
