Pricing questions
One complete job, end to end — for example, invoice chasing: from spotting an overdue invoice to confirming payment. Not "one email". We define it precisely in the scoping call so there's no surprise later.
A 30-minute conversation about what's eating your time. If we can help, you get a written scope and a fixed price. If we can't, we'll tell you on the call.
Yes. Up or down, from the next month. 30 days' notice either way.
Starter and Business: no. Bespoke builds are quoted as a one-off build cost plus the monthly rate — the quote you get is the price you pay.
The tiers are per business — not per person, not per account. What changes with scale is scope, and we're straight about it: a high volume of enquiries, or compliance across a large number of accounts, may belong in the Business tier or a bespoke scope rather than Starter. You'll know exactly which on the discovery call, before you've spent anything.
No — prices are shown excluding VAT, and VAT is added to invoices in the usual way.
