I've spent 14 years in safety-critical engineering. I'm an IRSE-licensed signalling tester — the person who certifies that railway signalling will do exactly what it's supposed to, first time, every time, because the cost of "mostly working" is measured in lives.

That's the standard I bring to Kontinuity.

I started this company because I kept watching good operators — people who are excellent at what they actually do — lose their evenings to admin their business had outgrown. Chasing invoices at 9pm. Missing enquiries because the team was already stretched. Tracking deadlines on a whiteboard and hoping.

The tools to fix that exist now. But most of the people selling them are selling technology. I'm not. I'm selling the same thing I've always worked to: systems that do their job so reliably you stop thinking about them — and that know when to put a human back in the loop.
