We establish what needs to happen, who is involved, what information is needed and where the work currently breaks down. We do not prescribe a tool before we understand the task.
Educate the team
A process only works if the people using it know why it exists and what is expected of them. We make the change understandable, including its limits, controls and review points.
Implement the change
We build or configure only what has been agreed, test it against real work and leave the team with a process they can run.
