This notice applies to Atlas enquiries sent to Kontinuity by email.

What we collect

Atlas does not use a website form or booking widget. If you email us, we receive the information you choose to include. Do not send confidential deal, counterparty, pricing, document or message information in an initial enquiry.

Why we use it

Enquiries. We use email details to respond to an Atlas enquiry and administer that conversation. We do not use website submissions for Atlas, because there are none.

Updates. We do not add an Atlas enquirer to marketing updates automatically. If we propose any further contact beyond the enquiry, we will ask first.

Kontinuity is a trading name of Sefton Rail Engineering Ltd. You can contact us at james@kontinuity.co.uk about information you have sent us.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of the personal information you have submitted by emailing us.
